Campsite Pool Area
Several swimming pools—open throughout the season and reserved for campsite guests—offer the perfect way to cool off!
When the weather is cooler, the pools are heated, and some are covered so you can swim in any weather.
Heated Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool for all campsite guests
For all guests at Camping Les Verguettes (whether staying on pitches, in rental units, or in cottages).
The large heated swimming pool with its paddling pool is open all the season and is heated from mid-May to mid-September.

The Covered Zen & Relax Pool welcomes you all the season, and is heated.
New in 2025: An enlarged and beautified beach with a coverable/uncoverable pool shelter!!
Its size is 4m*9m and its depth is 1m55 with submerged benches to sit on.
This swimming pool is heated on average to 27°C, and is covered during cold or rainy weather, and uncovered during nice weather.
The temperature may vary depending on weather conditions that we cannot anticipate.

Premium Heated Indoor Pool for Premium Cottages
Reserved for Premium Cottage holidaymakers only.
Designed to be enjoyed in all seasons, this Heated Premium Pool is dedicated to Premium Cottage holidaymakers.
With a size of 5 m * 10 m and a depth of 1.60 m, it also has a small submerged beach 1 m wide by 20 cm deep.
It is covered to allow you to swim regardless of the climate, and to limit the diffusion of noise in the surrounding cottages.
Bordered by a large lawn solarium beach and soft flooring, it is ideal for relaxing sunbathing.
Holidaymakers in the Premium Cottages also have access to the Large Swimming Pool and the Zen&Relax Swimming Pool so they can meet up with friends staying on camping pitches or in “unusual”, “standard” and “comfort” rentals.

Lac des Salettes
(Mormoiron – 5 minutes)
A 5-minute drive from the campsite, Lake Salettes offers swimming and relaxation on a sandy beach, supervised in July and August.
You can dine at La Cahute by the lake, or try treetop adventure courses or escape games at Ventoux Aventure.
Lac du Paty
(Caromb – 30 minutes)
A 30-minute drive from the campsite, Lac du Paty is a large, peaceful swimming lake. You can go hiking in the surrounding forest.
The lake was created by a dam dating back to 1766.
You can enjoy a meal at the lakeside snack bar (open-air refreshment stall) during the summer.
Lac de Monteux
(Monteux – 30 minutes)
A 30-minute drive from the campsite, Lac de Monteux offers swimming as well as a variety of supervised water activities (pedalos, stand-up paddleboards, canoes, etc.).

Gorges du Toulourenc
(Hameau de Veaux – 45 minutes)
Stroll through the Toulourenc Gorges, swim in the natural pools, and relax on the small beaches at the foot of the cliffs. A true paradise that deserves protection! Access to the Gorges is regulated and limited in number; be sure to get information in advance and bring water shoes.
Fishing and relaxing in the cool air
Lac de Villes sur Auzon
(Villes-sur-Auzon – 2 minutes)
In our village, the fishing lake offers a place to relax, enjoy a picnic with family or friends, and go fishing.
Fishing permits (annual or daily) can be arranged through Jean-Paul (ask at reception for details).
No fishing on Saturdays; limit of 6 fish per session; €20 on Sundays and €10 on weekdays (2026 rates).
Lac de Monieux
(Monieux – 20 minutes)
There is a lovely pond at the foot of the village for fishing (permits available at the Rouchet gun shop in Sault), as well as for picnicking and taking walks. This leisure area features a snack bar that is open during the summer.
Take the route through the Gorges de la Nesque to get there—it’s magnificent!
Lac des Salettes
(Mormoiron – 5 minutes)
Just a 5-minute drive from the campsite, Lac des Salettes offers peaceful fishing.

Lac du Paty
(Caromb – 30 minutes)
A 30-minute drive from the campsite, Lac du Paty is a large lake where fishing is permitted from late January with the association’s permit (weekly trout stocking), except during July and August.
You can get something to eat at the lakeside snack bar (open-air refreshment stall) during the summer.
Our Air-Conditioned Accommodation
Our air-conditioned accommodation awaits you, ensuring a relaxing—and cool—holiday:
- “Comfort” Accommodation: Mobile homes or chalets sleeping 2 to 10 people depending on your needs, with options ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms. Equipped with bathroom facilities and a kitchen area, these units allow you to gather with family or friends and enjoy the campsite’s activities and two swimming pools together.
- Premium Cottages: These well-insulated units offer layouts with 2, 3, or 5 bedrooms, accommodating between 2 and 12 people. In addition to air conditioning, each cottage features a TV, a dishwasher, and a lovely private garden. You have access to the campsite’s two main pools, as well as exclusive access to the Premium Indoor Heated Pool (reserved for Premium Cottage guests).
